This is exactly what the \u2018Fit Bharat Abhi\u2019 campaign is aiming to rectify. Yoga is not just a mode that you get into to relieve yourself of something, it\u2019s a way of life. It\u2019s the way of life that our ancestors had embraced with open arms, and lead a life, which was way more comforting and peaceful, than the lives that we live today.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga happens to be one of the most ancient and accepted ways of keeping the correct balance between the mind and the body; the matter that you are made up of and the energies that drive you. And it is this forgotten art that the \u2018Fit Bharat Abhi\u2019 initiative expects to weave back into people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;FitBharat abhi &#8211; Time for a Healthy Nation&#8221;, is a free fitness event to educate and\u00a0motivate the people of Surat towards a healthier lifestyle. The one day event will have a few activities which are outlined keeping this very factor in mind.There will be a Yoga session, conducted along with live, enchanting music, followed by a meditation class, on breathing and other aspects of it, conducted by experts in the respective fields. Moreover, there will also be a health and nutrition seminar which is going to be conducted.
