Meditation has now become a part of a lot of ours’ lifestyle, a different approach towards looking at oneself and also an effort to find peace within ourselves. The practice has always been here, since ages, and human race has now probably figured out the anchoring role that it can play in our lives and has started accepting and embracing the habit. On a local note, India has always been an epicentre for a lot of these practices singe ages in more than one form.

A Khi Tham Meditation workshop shall be conducted in Surat on 14th Feb, undertaken by a city based yoga and meditation institute, Golden Hearts. The workshop shall be undertaken by Master SriDevi To Hai, founder of Golden Hearts institute, which has its roots in Vietnam. She has over 14 years of expertise in this field, and the idea of the workshop is to spread information and create awareness about the benefits of meditation, and the goodness that comes with adapting it into our lives.

The Khi Tam meditation workshop will concentrate towards helping people learn basic meditation exercises, and integrate it into their everyday lives, helping one remain calm and balanced in their lives and face obstacles in life better. ‘Everything begins in the heart, and use your inner energy to make it happen’- is the path of Khi Tam meditation.
