Over the past couple of years, the concept of stand up comedy in Surat has been explored well. There has been a steady increase in the number of artists and acts that have come down to our town. On an average, there has been an act happening at least once in every two months, since more than the past year or so, and acts like Vir Das, The Vagina Monologues, along with numerous shows by Comedy Factory, and the Red Carpet event Management company have been done here.
