2. Barbie Kalra

Barbie started Barbie’s Bake Boutique in 2016 and has become a well-known name in Surat. She can create wonders of any shape and size. Her mastery is in themed cakes. 5. Hinal Umrigar

Growing up with love for cooking, Hinal is a self-taught baker. Her biggest inspiration to start baking is Le15 patisserie chef, Pooja Dhingra. By watching YouTube videos and trying and testing the recipes with so many errors, she mastered the skills of a baker. She bakes lip-smacking cakes, brownies, cupcakes and some savory items as well.
